Who Died in Born Again Season 1
Confirmed Deaths:
Commissioner O'Hara - Killed on Fisk's orders, death blamed on vigilantes. His murder was the catalyst for martial law.
Sister Maggie - Perhaps the most devastating loss. Matt's mother died protecting him, finally having reconnected with her son.
Agent Poindexter - Bullseye met his end, but comic fans know death rarely sticks for him.
Multiple Supporting Characters - Fisk's cleanup operation eliminated witnesses and potential threats.

Vanessa Fisk - Alive but possibly turning against Wilson. Their final scene was cold.
