Based on Hugh Howey's bestselling Wool novels, Silo explores themes of truth, control, and what people will sacrifice for safety. The show takes place entirely within a massive 144-story underground silo where thousands of people live, work, and die—never questioning why they can't go outside. Rebecca Ferguson delivers a powerhouse performance as Juliette Nichols, a mechanical engineer who becomes sheriff after her predecessor dies under suspicious circumstances. Her investigation reveals that the silo's rulers have been hiding the truth about the outside world, the origins of the silo, and the fate of anyone who asks to leave.
